Welcome to DentReach. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

DentReach provides website design and related digital services for dental clinics and other small businesses. All services are delivered according to the agreement made between DentReach and each client.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement (for example, 50% upfront and 50% upon completion).
Once design work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable except in cases where DentReach fails to deliver the agreed-upon work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. DentReach is not responsible for project delays caused by missing content or feedback.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final website design and content created specifically for them. DentReach retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

DentReach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services means you accept the updated terms.
